طرح تفصیلی انقدر کش و قوس پیدا کرد که مالک بزرگترین گلخانه شاهنامه در جنایتی کشته شد

تا زمانی که منطقه ساکت و آرام بود کسی آدرس ها را در نقشه نشان نمیداد. چی شد که صداها درآمد و گفتن طرح تفصیلی شاهنامه خانه های این منطقه را گران می کند.

نقشه مجموعه هتل دار که داستان آن مثل انیمه ها و فیلم های تخیلی وحشتناک می شود این است که خانه دار جدید را از نظر وفاداری مورد آزمون قرار بدهد. این وفاداری شامل موارد متعددی می شود که یکی از آنها بررسی میزان پایداری خانه دار در شغل است. آیا خانه دار آنقدر محتاج است و آیا آنقدر کار گیر نمی آورد که حاضر باشد در هر شرایط و به هرنحو،  شش ماه از سال را سپری کند؟ از هفت صبح تا هشت پای کار بایستد؟

برعکسش هم هست. یعنی معلوم شود که خانه دار قصد تمرد و عدم علاقه به خانه داری هتل را دارد. اگر معلوم شود که بعنوان خانه دار مثل رئیس هتل قصد درآمد دلاری دارد چی میشه؟
پاسخ متنوع است. امکان اخراج تا امکان هفت تیر کشی از سمت رئیس هتل، خانه دار را تهدید می‌کند. یعنی بستگی به میزان دانایی و ذکاوت خانه دار دارد. اگر خانه دار فقط همین قدر فهمیده باشد که دلار نگهداری کند تا سود آن را ببرد، فقط اخراج او کفایت میکند، ولی اگر خانه دار بنحوی پی برده باشد که بنای هتل بر مبنای تجارت قاچاق و یا مثلا تجارت غیرمجاز سلاح ( یا از این دست مافیا ) صورت گرفته است، براساس درک خانه دار با او مقابله کرده و بلکه قصد خاتمه زندگی او را میبرند.
البته، اگر همین امروز با جستجوی کلمه خاندار دنبال کار بگردی میبینی که دایره استخدام خانم ها در این زمینه خیلی گسترده تر هست و فقط مربوط به هتل ها نیست. ظاهر آراسته خانم خاندار در کنار نظافتچی آقا جذابیت بیشتری پیدا میکند.
