حل و فصل مسائل جبالیا

اینکه مکان وسیعی پس از سالها جنگ در فلسطین همچنان بعنوان اردوگاه شناخته بشه معنیش سر و سامان نگرفتن صدها هزار نفر در آن منطقه است. مسائل مردم جبالیا هم مثل مسائل مردم شهرهای جنگزده در طول تاریخه. 

وضعیت جبالیا شاید ۸۰ ساله که اینطور رقم خورده. آن را مقایسه کنید با شهر توس که توسط مغولها چند صدسال قبل ویران شد. شهر توس در زمان ناصرالدین شاه با کشف محل دقیق آرامگاه فردوسی روح تازه ای گرفت و جنبه تاریخی آن دوباره شهرت جهانی یافت، اما مسائلی مثل جنگ جهانی و تغییر مسیر رودها و افزایش جمعیت ناشی از مهاجرت مردم سایر شهرها باعث شد شهری که هنوز بازار سرپوشیده و اماکن ورزشی خانوادگی خود رو باز نیافته بود یکباره زیر بار فشار افزایش جمعیت و نیازهای مردم منطقه بره. گرمایش زمین هم مزید بر علت شده و رودخانه اساطیری کنار آن را به خشکرودی تبدیل کنه.

شهر توس خراسان رضوی رو با شهر توس تاجیکستان مقایسه کنید. شهر تاریخی توس کنار کشفرود با پل فردوسی شهرت دارد و شهر توس تاجیکستان کنار رودخانه کافرنهان (kafirnigan) واقع شده. خوب که بررسی کنید معماری مشابه بقعه هارونیه توس مشهد هم اونجا پیدا میکنید. شهر توس تاجیکستان از وضعیت بهتری نسبت به شهر توس خراسان رضوی برخورداره. دلیلش چیه؟

دلیلش حل و فصل نشدن مسائل شهر باستانی توس پس از جنگه. آخرین اثر پذیری این شهر، پس از جنگ نیابتی عراق در هشت سال دفاع مقدس در دهه ۶۰ شمسی بوده. یعنی یک شهری که یک بار صدها سال پیش ویران شد، ویرانیهای آن همچنان پابرجاست. 

این در مورد جبالیا غزه هم صادقه. جریان تاریخی پشت این ویرانه هاست که یکیش تقریب نیافتن مذاهب در آن مناطقه. یعنی یکی پیدا نشده در این مناطق مذهب یکسانی رو رسمی اعلام کنه.

همین جا برای جزایر سه گانه تنب بزرگ، تنب کوچک و ابوموسی پرانتز باز کنم که اینها هم همین مسائل در موردشان صادقه. در هر سه مورد نیاز به مکان های ورزشی مناسب خانواده به چشم میخوره. همه این شهر ها نیاز به بهبود وضعیت پس از جنگ دارند، ولی همچنان بار جنگ و ویرانی های پس از آن را به دوش میکشند: سرانه فضای سبز مناسب ندارند. با وجود ظرفیت شهر، اماکن ورزشی خانوادگی برایشان فراهم نشده و برنامه ریزی برای بهبود و توسعه عملیاتی شهر برایشان صورت نگرفته.

The fact that a large area is still known as a camp after years of war in Palestine means that hundreds of thousands of people in that area are not getting settled. The problems of the people of Jabalia are the same as the problems of the people of war-torn cities throughout history.

The situation in Jabalia has been like this for perhaps 80 years. Compare it with the city of Toos, which was destroyed by the Mongols a few hundred years ago. The city of Toos gained a new lease of life during the time of Naser al-Din Shah with the discovery of the exact location of Ferdowsi's tomb, and its historical aspect regained world fame. However, issues such as the world war and the change in the course of rivers and the increase in population due to the migration of people from other cities caused the city, which had not yet reopened its covered market and family sports facilities, to suddenly come under the pressure of the increase in population and the needs of the people of the region. Global warming has also added to the cause and turned the mythical river next to it into a dry land.

Compare the city of Toos in Khorasan Razavi with the city of Toos in Tajikistan. The historical city of Toos near Kashfrud is famous for the Ferdowsi Bridge, and the city of Toos in Tajikistan is located on the Kafirnigan River. Well, if you check, you will find architecture similar to the Haruniyeh Tomb of Toos (Tus) in Mashhad there. The city of Toos in Tajikistan is in a better condition than the city of Toos in Khorasan Razavi. What is the reason?

The reason is that the issues of the ancient city of Tus have not been resolved after the war. The last impact of this city was after the proxy war of Iraq in the eight years of the Holy Defense in the 1980s. That is, a city that was once destroyed hundreds of years ago, its ruins still stand.

This is also true of the Gaza Mountains. The historical process behind these ruins is one of which is the lack of convergence of religions in those areas. That is, no one has been found in these areas to officially declare the same religion.

I will open parentheses here for the three islands of Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, and Abu Musa, for which the same issues are also true. In all three cases, the need for family-friendly sports facilities is evident. All of these cities need to improve their post-war situation, but they still bear the burden of the war and its aftermath: they lack adequate green space per capita. Despite the city's capacity, they are not provided with family sports facilities, and there is no planning for the city's operational improvement and development.

تبادکان آره، هزارمسجد نه

از وقتی ساکن شهر توس شده ایم، بقدری کج فهمی های مسئولین خار تو چشم ما شده که صبح بلند میشویم و روی یکی از موضوعاتی که اونها مطرح کرده اند چند بار پیچ میخوریم. نمونه اش، بعد از شهرک صنعتی توس، تبدیل روستای تبادکان به شهرستان تبادکان تا پوشش دادن شهر توسه.

در نگاه اول، این امری عادی بنظر میرسه، مخصوصا که آموزش و پرورش هربار میخواد معلمی رو از شرق مشهد بالای پنج تن به شمال غربی تا جای رادکان بفرسته از اصطلاح تبادکان استفاده میکنه، ولی در عمل موضوع دیگری پیش می آید.

تبادکان روستایی در شمال مشهد و جایی نزدیکی حرم مطهر رضوی هست که چون محروم مانده بود، در طول زمان به آن رسیدگی شد. مقبره پنج تن از امامزادگانی که حرفشان بود، ولی آستان مقدس آنها پنهان بود را هم پیدا کردند. کلی سرو صدا راه انداختن که روستایی های مقیم تبادکان با آنها که اصالتا تبادکانی هستند در حال برگزاری رقابت های فوتبالی هستند. حالا این تجربه خوبی شده برای مسئولین که شهر باستانی توس و آرامگاه فردوسی که بیست و پنج کیلومتر با تبادکان فاصله داره بکنن زیرمجموعه این روستا! یعنی یک مجموعه ای که روستای پاژ آن میشه زادگاه حکیم ابولقاسم فردوسی، و روستای کارده آن زادگاه پیرپالان دوز و عارف دوره صفویه، با اونهمه سابقه تاریخی پیش از اسلامش بشه زیرمجموعه تبادکانی که تازه کشفش کرده ان! تبادکانی که حرف از اصالت خراسانی میزنه و سایر مردم مناطق حومه میشن مقیم آن. تبادکانی که در دشت واقع شده و یکی از کوه های هزارمسجد به آن نزدیک میشه رو از بخش بکنن شهرستانی مثل بینالود تا شهرتوس و رادکان. کوه های بینالود یک اسم قشنگی داشتن، و هزارمسجد نمیتونه جای زیبایی مثل بینالود باشه.

البته، از این مسئولین هیچ چنین کارهایی بعید نیست، مخصوصا که میبینی یک خیابان بزرگ به نام بلوار توس راه انداخته ان که از شماره یک شروع میشه و تا شماره 180 میره! هربار هم مسئولی قدم گاه میشه برای شهر توس، یکی از همین خیابان های توس رو انتخاب میکنه و اونجا میگه "شهر توس رو تا همین جا هم درست کنید خوبه". حالا ما توس 44 داریم که میشه بلوار خیام و وضع خوبی داره و این مسئول مثلا رفته توس 70 و این حرف ها رو میزنه! یعنی زحمت بالاتر رفتن تا توس 170 و از آنجا بلوار شاهنامه که دقیقا مکان آرامگاه فردوسی هست رو هم بخودش نمیده. خود شهرداری چی ها وقتی میخوان حرف از بولوار توس بزنن مثلا میگن اهالی بزرگترین روستای بلوار توس!

شهرداری منطقه منفصل 12 میره خیابان دانشگاه که جایی وسط شهر و بالا نشینه. اونجا به موسسه حکیم توس سری میزنه و میگه مجمع دوستداران حکیم توس تشکیل بدیم! قشنگ تبلیغ یک موسسه که این نام رو یدک میکشه ولی در شهر توس حضوری نداره میکنه.

شهر توس از قدیم شهر توس بوده. حتی اگر نام بلوار شاهنامه رو به خیابان هایش بگذاریم و یک خیابان وسیع به نام بلوار توس تعریف کنیم. نام قدیم جایی که الآن بهش میگیم مشهد هم زمانی توس بوده. امروز، حتی آموزش پرورش هم اونقدری به خودش جرئت نمیده که وقتی حرف از شهر توس میزنه اون رو با تبادکان برابر بگیره.

مسئولین شهری و دولتی ها مراقب حرف زدن ها و اعمالشون باشن.

Since we have been living in Toos city, the misunderstandings of the authorities have become so much a thorn in our side that we get up in the morning and stumble over one of the issues they have raised several times. An example is the transformation of the village of Tabadkan into the city of Tabadkan after Toos Industrial Park, to cover the city of Touseh.

At first glance, this seems normal, especially since the Ministry of Education and Training uses the term Tabadkan every time it wants to send a teacher from the east of Mashhad to the northwest to Radkan, but in practice, a different issue arises.

Tabadkan is a village in the north of Mashhad, near the holy shrine of Razavi, which was neglected and was taken care of over time. The tombs of five of the Imamzadehs who were mentioned, but whose holy shrines were hidden, were also found. They made a lot of noise that the villagers living in Tabadkan were holding football competitions with those who are originally from Tabadkan. Now it has become a good experience for the authorities to make the ancient city of Toos and the tomb of Ferdowsi, which is twenty-five kilometers away from Tabadkan, a subdivision of this village! That is, a complex in which the village of Pazh, the birthplace of Hakim Abolghasem Ferdowsi, and the village of Kardeh, the birthplace of Pirpalan Douz and the Safavid mystic, with all its pre-Islamic historical background, will become a subdivision of Tabadkan that they have just discovered! Tabadkan that speaks of Khorasani origin and other people from the surrounding areas will live in it. Tabadkan, which is located in the plain and one of the Hezarmasjid mountains approaches it, will be divided into a county like Binalood up to Toos and Radkan. The Binalood mountains had a beautiful name, and Hezarmasjid cannot be a place as beautiful as Binalood.

Of course, such actions are not unlikely from these authorities, especially since you see that they have built a large street called Toos Boulevard that starts at number one and goes to number 180! Every time an official steps in, he chooses one of these Toos streets for Toos city and says, "It's good to build Toos city up to this point." Now we have Toos 44, which is Khayyam Boulevard and is in good condition, and this official, for example, goes to Toos 70 and says these things! That is, he doesn't bother going up to Toos 170 and from there to Shahnameh Boulevard, which is exactly where Ferdowsi's tomb is. When the municipality officials themselves want to talk about Toos Boulevard, they say, for example, that they are the residents of the largest village on Toos Boulevard!

The municipality of the 12th separate district goes to Daneshgah Street, which is somewhere in the middle of the city and up. There, they visit the Hakim Toos Institute and say, "Let's form a Hakim Toos Friends' Association!" It's a nice way to advertise an institution that bears this name but has no presence in Toos city.

Toos city has been a city of Toos since ancient times. Even if we name its streets after Shahnameh Boulevard and define a wide street as Toos Boulevard. The old name of the place we now call Mashhad was once Toos. Today, even the education department does not dare to equate Toos with Tabadkan when talking about it.

City and government officials should be careful about what they say and do.

شهرک صنعتی توس- گوشتش برای من، استخونش برای تو

از وقتی تبلیغ خط سه مترو رو برای دانشگاه آزاد مشهد کرده ان، ترافیک های نامتعارف جای بزرگراه درست شده که اغلب مال شهرک صنعتی های بالا دستیه. یعنی دیگه شهرک صنعتی توس رفت تو زاویه و به جایش شهرک صنعتی های دیگه قراره دودزا بشن.

گفته ان که میخوان دیگه فاضلاب به کشفرود نریزند و در عوض از پساب استفاده کنن. همین جا ناز دردانه شهرک  صنعتی توس که در کنار پارک علم و فناوری دو در درخشان منطقه محسوب میشود، گفته که ما صنایعی داریم که نه تنها برای آن ها لازمه آب تصفیه شده استفاده بشه، بلکه خود یک دور دیگر نیز آب را تصفیه میکنیم.

درست در همین لحظه که مزایای شهرک صنعتی توس شناخته میشود، تصمیم گرفته میشود که شهرستان بینالود با پایه رشته کوه بینالود از منطقه، تافته جدا بافته شود: شهرکی که نام توس را یدک میکشد، ولی قرار است بخشی از طرقبه و شاندیز فرض شود؛ طرقبه و شاندیزی که تبلیغات گسترده و فراوان آنها از پیش از انقلاب صورت گرفته بود. یعنی شهرکی در شاندیز داریم که به اسم شهر توس منسوب شده است، ولی شهر توس واقعی که آرامگاه فردوسی در آن است، آنجا نیست. قرار است دوباره آرامگاه فردوسی بزرگ را کوچه پس کوچه های فقیر نشین و اتباع حمایت کنند.

گفته اند به دلیل جمعیت اطراف آرامگاه فردوسی شهر توس را قطعا از مشهد و شهرستان بینالود جدا میکنند. اینجا رشته کوه هزار مسجد برجسته میشود و بزرگراهی که آن را قبلا از منطقه جدا کرده است. زمانی، حدود ده دوازده سال پیش، که تازه میخواستند شهر توس را بعنوان محله ای از محلات مشهد در نظر بگیرند، کوه رادکان از رشته کوه هزار مسجد برای تبلیغات مورد توجه قرار گرفته بود، ولی پس از مدتی با افزایش آلاینده ها و گرمایش هوا این منطقه به حال خود رها شد، و بلکه صف آرایی رسانه ای برای آن شد، و بدتر از آن شاهد تخریب آن به دست خود شهرداری مشهد و غیره بودیم.

شهر توس در حال حاضر از اینکه نه بازار قدیمی، مثل بازار سرپوشیده شاهرود و یا بازار سرپوشیده بازار رضای مشهد داشته باشد و نه مرکز مدرنی برای رسیدگی به امور مردم و منطقه رنج میبرد. یک شهرک صنعتی توس و یک نیروگاه حرارتی توس (فردوسی) هم بوده که گستره آن تا خود شاهنامه 14 کشیده شد. دود و آلاینده های آن را تا مدت ها بدون در نظر گرفتن فضای سبز، سد آبی و شهری تحمل کردیم، ولی درست موقع بهره برداری و رسیدگی به امور منطقه، آنها را جدا شده از شهر توس و آرامگاه فردوسی در نظر میگیرند و با موقعیت جغرافیایی کوه های بینالود جدا میکنند!

Toos Industrial Town - Its Meat for Me, Its Bones for You

Since they advertised the third metro line for Mashhad Azad University, unusual traffic jams have been created instead of highways, which are mostly for upstream industrial towns. That is, Toos Industrial Town has gone to the corner and other industrial towns are going to be smoke-producing in its place.
They have said that they want to stop dumping sewage into the Kashfarud River and use wastewater instead. Right here, the beauty of Toos Industrial Town, which is next to the Do-Dar Derakhshan Science and Technology Park, is considered the brightest in the region, saying that we have industries that not only require purified water, but we also purify the water ourselves.
Right at this moment when the benefits of Toos Industrial Town are recognized, it is decided that Binalood County, based on the Binalood Mountain Range, will be woven separately from the region: a town that bears the name Toos, but is going to be considered part of Torqaba and Shandiz; Torqaba and Shandiz, whose extensive and abundant advertising had been carried out before the revolution. That is, we have a town in Shandiz that is named after the city of Toos, but the real city of Toos, where Ferdowsi's tomb is located, is not there. The tomb of the great Ferdowsi is supposed to be supported again by the poor and the nationals in the back alleys.
They have said that because of the population around Ferdowsi's tomb, Toos city will definitely be separated from Mashhad and Binalod city. Here, the Hezar Masjid mountain range stands out and the highway that previously separated it from the region. At one time, about ten or twelve years ago, when they were just considering Toos city as a neighborhood of Mashhad, Radkan mountain from the Hezar Masjid mountain range was considered for advertising, but after a while, with the increase in pollutants and the warming of the air, this area was left to itself, and there was even a media lineup for it, and worse, we witnessed its destruction by the Mashhad municipality itself, etc.
The city of Toos currently suffers from not having an old market, like the covered market of Shahroud or the covered market of Reza Bazaar in Mashhad, nor a modern center to handle the affairs of the people and the region. There was also a Toos industrial town and a Toos (Ferdowsi) thermal power plant, which extended to Shahnameh 14 itself. We tolerated its smoke and pollutants for a long time without considering the green space, water and urban dam, but right when it comes to operating and handling the affairs of the region, they are considered separate from the city of Toos and the tomb of Ferdowsi, and are separated by the geographical location of the Binalud Mountains!
