آیا کادر معلمین در ایران درست عمل کردند؟

یه چند روزه که آگهی های استخدامی برای مربی، معلم و یه چند مورد دیگه رو بررسی میکنم. از آنجاکه این بررسی به این چند روز ختم نمیشه و خیلی تصادفی هر از گاهی به سایت استخدامی ها سرمیزنم، دارم میبینم که استخدامی ها ته کشیدن! چه بسا دلیل اینکه وزیر کار و اطرافیان هم افتادن به تکاپو که اشتغالزایی کنند، همینه که شغل نیست، یا شغل هایی که هستن فقط مال عده ای محدود، ثابت و پایداره که هر از گاهی برای تنوع و جلوگیری از دلزدگی مشریانشون  یکی رو استخدام میکنند و بعدا به دلایل واهی میندازندش بیرون!

تو آمریکا به این میگن اصل بهره وری، ابتکار خلاقیت در کسب درآمد و رسیدن به ثروت.

از نظر بالادستی ها این خوبه و تولید رو بالا میبره. فقط وقتی که دیگه خیلی جریان عرضه و تقاضای شغل راکد شد، یکی باید باشه که اشتغال زایی کنه و این کار میدریه. میدری گریه کنان تن به این کار داده و مجلس هم بهش فرصت داده و گفته تو یکی گریه نکن، راست میگی همه وزارت ها مثل وزارت تو سخت و دشوار نیست. الآن همین جریان وزیر اقتصاد نیست؟ وزیر نداریم و دلار ده تومن ارزون ترو سکه بیست میلیون تومن ارزان تر شده. تازه دلیل هم می آورند و میگن مدیریت خوب دولتی پشت قضیه بوده.

من از هفده سالگی با کارورزی های متعددی که رفتم شاغل بودن رو بارها آزمودم و جاهای مختلفی رو برای کار امتحان کردم. یکی از معدود موارد دهه شصتی هستم که همزمان هم در جریان آموزش بوده ام و هم در جریان محیط کسب و کار.

دهه هشتاد کارآموز بودم. زمانی که شاید بسیاری از دانشجوهای امروز هنوز به دنیا هم نیامده بودن. رشته کامپیوتر رو برای بازار کار انتخاب کرده بودم و با انفجار اطلاعات در سال 2000 بعنوان جوانان دانشجو در کوی و برزن در پوست خود نمی گنجیدیم.

همزمان، شاهد فعالیت های آموزش پرورش بودیم. شرط این کارورزی ها که از سمت آموزش پرورش پیشنهاد شده بود رایگان بودن آنها بود. یعنی اگر در جایی شاغل بودی و پولی دریافت میکردی این میتونست کارورزی حساب نشه، و الآن هم با این اوضاع اقتصادی وضع همینه و تغییر نکرده. یعنی اینطور نیست بگن تورمه و این دانشجوی بدبخت یا دانش آموز کارورزیش رو یک طوری بیاد که کمک هزینه ای براش بشود.

رشته کامپیوتر، یکی از رشته هایی بود که راحت میشد بهش ظلم کرد. از جنبه های مختلف، آموزش پرورش در حال تولید پروسه آموزشی برای جذب هنرجو، مهندس و کلا نیروی انسانی بود. رشته های متعددی همزمان با هر روز تحصیل ما تولید میکرد: کاردانش کامپیوتر، فنی و حرفه ای کامپیوتر، تکنولوژی کامپیوتر، گرافیک کامپیوتر، شبکه کامپیوتر و همینطور الی آخر. یک پیشوند و یا پسوند به کلمه کامپیوتر میزدند و واحد تحقیقات آموزش پرورش رشته جدید با صد واحد درسی معرفی میکرد.

همین روند رو تا دوره های بالاتر ادامه دادند: مهندسی تکنولوژی کامپیوتر، علوم کامپیوتر، مهندسی نرم افزار کامپیوتر، مهندسی سخت افزار کامپیوتر، مهندسی شبکه کامپیوتر، مهندسی آی تی، آی سی تی و الی آخر.

یه کامپیوتر بود و کلی مدرک و رشته که تولید کردند تا ظرفیت رشته رو تا خرخره پر کنند. از آنطرف کسانی بودند که اصلا مدرسه و دانشگاه رو قبول نداشتند. به آنها میگفتیم صاحبکار. ماها که در این رشته ها فراخوان داده میشد و میرفتیم که درس بخونیمو  پدرمادرانمون به آینده تحصیلی بچه هاشون اهمیت میدادن میفرستادنمون اونجاها.

در یکی از کارورزی های دوره خودم بودم که بروم و دیگه تموم بشه و من هم بشم یکی از گلهای طبیعت سرسبز جامعه. اون زمان تعداد زنبورهای طبیعت هم بیشتر بود و خطر انقراضشون کمتر بود. برای خودم مثال زنبور تولید کننده رو میزدم که دوست دارم مثل زنبوری تولید کننده باشم. بخش بایگانی بودم و دیدم یکی از این خانم های آموزش پرورش خودش رو معرفی کرده و امده جای ما تا رشته های بیشتری رو تعریف کنه. یک پرونده آورده بود که در آن از مسئول بایگانی بخشی که بودم سوال جواب میپرسید تا بتونه رشته کاردانش جدیدی تعریف کنه. معلوم بود از این جهت حقوق و امتیاز میگیره.

بعد از آن ما شاهد بودیم که دیپلم های کاردانش بقیه رشته ها هم وارد بازار شد: حقوق- خدمات قضایی، حقوق- شورای حل اختلاف، حقوق-نگارش حقوقی و غیره.

دیگه کاردانش یا همون رشته خود خوان، شامل فقط رشته های خیاطی و گلدوزی و کشاورزی نمیشد. دیگه رشته حقوق هم شامل میشد. همون موقع که یکی با رتبه یک و دو و سه حقوق دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد درس میخوند، جایش رو یکی با کاردانش حقوق پر کرده بود. اصلا حتی لازم نبود که دیپلمش رو بگیره. درامدش رو کنار مدرک حقوق همزمان میگرفت و از مزایای محیط کار برخوردار میشد، میتونست مدرک مقاطع بالاتر رو هم بخره. میتونست هزار تقلب کنه که به فکر رشته حقوق دانشگاه فردوسی نمیرسید. چون مجبور نبود چهارسال صبح تا شب تو کلاسهای اجباری دانشگاه دولتی شرکت کند. دانشجو دولتی فکر می کرد که چه نیازی به تقلب هست؟

نتیجه این شد که رتبه برترحقوق دانشگاه فردوسی شد کارگر معدن و بعد هم تا زمانی که معدن رو منفجر نکردن کسی خبردار نشد که این یک بچه هم داشته و از قوچان تا طبس برای گرفتن حقوق ناچیز کارگری میره اعماق معدن خودش رو سیاه میکنه تا یک لقمه حلال در بیاره.

تنها رشته ای که خیلی نتوانستند سر آن فیلم دربیاورند رشته پزشکی بود. پزشکی که از قبل از انقلاب از انواع مزایا شامل معاف از مالیات بودن برخوردار بود، حریف کاست معلمان و آموزش پرورش بود. اون با نسخه ای که مینوشت و با همون دو دقیقه ویزیتی که میکرد برای هرکسی که دلش میخواست ام آر آی و استفاده از تجهیزات پزشکی و قصابی تجویز میکرد و کسی چیزی هم نمیتونست بگه. این شد که رشته های رادیولوژی و مرتبط با پزشکی هم آنقدر که سایر رشته های دیگه از نابرابری شرایط کار آسیب دیده بودن، آسیب ندید.

امروز، یه خبری از معلم تجاوز کرده به نه نفر دانش آموز در مدرسه ای در شهر ری پخش میشه و هر روز منتشر میشه تا برسه به روز معلم. ماها رو استخدام میکردن؟

تجربه نشون میده که اگر هم استخدام میکردن، آنقدری استخ+دام نگه میداشتن که دلشون رو نزنیم.

یه زمانی، همین دهه هشتاد ما زن ها با یک کاغذ که دستمون بلرزه و این سرش رو ما گرفته باشیم و آن سرش رو مردی در اتاق، کلی سرصدا میکرد و حتی نزدیک بود رئیس جمهور و وزیر عوض بشه. اما الآن رو نگاه کنید. برعکس شده.

الآن همه دارن تایید میکنند که مردی در مدرسه به بچه های مردم تجاوز جسمی و جنسی کرده، و وزیری عوض نمیشه و پوست کلفتی نمیره. کسی عذرخواهی هم نمیکنه، نه از ما که بجای اون مرتیکه متجاوز خانه نشین شده ایم، نه از بچه ها و خانواده هاشون.

Did the teaching staff in Iran do the right thing?

I have been reviewing job advertisements for instructors, teachers, and a few other things for a few days now. Since this review will not end in these few days and I very randomly visit recruitment sites from time to time, I am seeing that the number of jobs has run out! Perhaps the reason why the Minister of Labor and those around him are struggling to create jobs is that there are no jobs, or the jobs that do exist are only for a limited, stable and stable group of people who hire someone from time to time to diversify and prevent their customers from getting bored and then throw them out for false reasons!
In America, they call this the principle of productivity, creative initiative in earning income and achieving wealth.
From the perspective of the upper echelons, this is good and increases production. Only when the flow of supply and demand for jobs has become too stagnant, someone needs to be there to create jobs and this is what happens. The teacher gave in to this work while crying, and the parliament gave him a chance and said, "Don't cry, you're right, all ministries are not as difficult and difficult as your ministry." Isn't this the same thing happening with the Minister of Economy? We don't have a minister, and the dollar is ten tomans cheaper, and the coin is twenty million tomans cheaper. They are now giving reasons and saying that good government management was behind the matter.
I have tried being employed many times since I was seventeen, with numerous internships, and I tried different places to work. I am one of the few cases from the sixties who have been in education and in the business environment at the same time.
I was an intern in the eighties. When perhaps many of today's students were not even born yet. I had chosen a computer science major for the job market, and with the information explosion in 2000, we couldn't fit into our skin as young students in the dormitories and bars.
At the same time, we witnessed the activities of the Ministry of Education. The condition for these internships, which were offered by the Ministry of Education, was that they be free. That is, if you were employed somewhere and were receiving money, this could not be considered an internship, and even now, with this economic situation, the situation is the same and has not changed. That is, it is not like saying that it is inflation and this unfortunate student or student can come up with his internship in a way that will give him a grant.
The computer science field was one of the fields that was easy to oppress. In various aspects, the education and training department was producing an educational process to attract students, engineers, and human resources in general. It produced several fields simultaneously with each day of our education: computer science, computer technical and professional, computer technology, computer graphics, computer networks, and so on. They would add a prefix or suffix to the word computer, and the education and training research unit would introduce a new field with a hundred credits.
They continued this process to higher courses: computer technology engineering, computer science, computer software engineering, computer hardware engineering, computer network engineering, IT engineering, ICT, and so on.
There was a computer, and they produced a whole bunch of degrees and fields to fill the field to the brim. On the other hand, there were those who did not accept school and university at all. We called them "sahebkar". We were called to these fields and we went to study, and our parents cared about their children's future education and sent us there.

I was in one of my internships, hoping to go and finish it and become one of the flowers of the lush nature of society. At that time, the number of bees in nature was also greater and their risk of extinction was lower. I used the example of a producer bee for myself, that I would like to be like a producer bee. I was in the archives department and I saw one of these women from the education department introduce herself and come to us to define more fields. She had brought a file in which she asked the archives manager of the department where I was working questions and answers so that she could define a new field of expertise. It was clear that she was getting paid and privileged for this.

After that, we saw that associate's degrees in other fields also entered the market: law-judicial services, law-dispute resolution council, law-legal writing, etc.
Associate's degrees, or the self-study field, no longer included only sewing, embroidery, and agriculture. They also included law. At the same time, someone with a first, second, or third place in law at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad was studying, his place was filled by someone with an associate's degree in law. He didn't even have to get his diploma. He would earn his income along with his law degree and enjoy the benefits of the workplace, and he could also buy higher-level degrees. He could cheat a thousand times and never think of taking the law degree at Ferdowsi University. Because he didn't have to attend compulsory classes at a state university from morning to night for four years. A state student thought, what's the need to cheat?
The result was that the top salary earner at Ferdowsi University became a mine worker, and then until the mine was blown up, no one knew that he had a child and was going from Quchan to Tabas to earn a meager wage, blackening himself in the depths of the mine to earn a halal meal.
The only field that they couldn't really film was medicine. Medicine, which had enjoyed all kinds of benefits, including tax exemption, since before the revolution, was the enemy of the teachers and education caste. With the prescription he wrote and the two-minute visits he made, he prescribed MRIs, the use of medical equipment, and butchery for anyone he wanted, and no one could say anything. This meant that radiology and medical-related fields were not harmed as much as other fields were harmed by inequality in working conditions.
Today, a news story about a teacher raping nine students at a school in the city of Rey is being broadcast and is being published every day until Teacher's Day. Were they hiring us?
Experience shows that If they did hire us, they would keep us busy so that we wouldn't hurt their feelings.
Once upon a time, in the 2000s, we women would make a lot of noise with a piece of paper, our hands shaking, and our heads on one side and a man in the room on the other, and we even nearly changed the president and the minister. But look at it now. It's the other way around.
Now everyone is confirming that a man physically and sexually raped people's children at school, and the minister doesn't change and doesn't get thick-skinned. No one apologizes, not to us who have become housewives instead of the rapist, nor to their children and families.
