لزوم فوریت دولت در مبارزه با قاچاق

حال که دولت با فوریتی مثال‌زدنی برای برقراری آتش‌بس وارد عمل شد، شایسته است با همان فوریت و جدیت، به معضل گسترده قاچاق در کشور نیز پاسخ دهد.

قاچاق بیش از صد هزار ریزپرنده (پهپادهای کوچک)، به‌همراه حجم چشمگیری از فشنگ و مواد منفجره از مرزهای کشور، نه تنها تهدیدی امنیتی به شمار می‌آید، بلکه نشانه‌ای نگران‌کننده از ضعف ساختارهای نظارتی و مدیریتی کشور است. اگرچه نمی‌توان با قطعیت گفت که مسئولان بلندپایه در این مسئله دخالت مستقیم داشته‌اند، اما بی‌توجهی یا سهل‌انگاری در این سطح نیز به‌نوعی مسئولیت‌آور است.

به‌نظر می‌رسد لازم است «فوریتی» برای رسیدگی به کارهای انجام‌نشده، و بدتر از آن، اقدامات مخرب و خلاف‌قانون نیز تعریف شود؛ چرا که مقابله با بحران، تنها در میدان جنگ خلاصه نمی‌شود.

فراتر از مرزهای نظامی، سال‌هاست که در جریان جنگ‌های سوریه و غزه با اسرائیل، شاهد قاچاق اعضای بدن کودکان و فجایع انسانی دردناک بوده‌ایم—تصاویری که در قالب ویدئوهای اینترنتی با میلیون‌ها بازدید، به افکار عمومی جهان شوک وارد کرده‌اند.

اکنون این پرسش جدی مطرح است که دولت پزشکیان چه راهبرد و برنامه‌ای برای جلوگیری از تکرار چنین فجایعی دارد؟ چه اقداماتی برای مقابله با قاچاق انسان و اندام کودکان، و نیز پیشگیری از نفوذ شبکه‌های مخرب در زیرساخت‌های امنیتی کشور در دستور کار قرار دارد؟

Now that the government has acted with exemplary urgency to establish a ceasefire, it is appropriate to respond with the same urgency and seriousness to the widespread problem of smuggling in the country.

The smuggling of more than one hundred thousand micro-drones (small drones), along with a significant amount of ammunition and explosives from the country’s borders, is not only a security threat, but also a worrying sign of the weakness of the country’s supervisory and management structures. Although it cannot be said with certainty that high-ranking officials were directly involved in this issue, inattention or negligence at this level is also responsible in a way.

It seems necessary to define “urgency” to address unfinished business, and worse, destructive and illegal actions; because confronting the crisis cannot be limited to the battlefield alone.

Beyond military borders, for years we have witnessed the trafficking of child organs and painful human tragedies during the wars in Syria and Gaza with Israel—images that have shocked the world’s public opinion in the form of online videos with millions of views.

Now the serious question is: what strategy and plan does the government of the doctors have to prevent the recurrence of such tragedies? What measures are on the agenda to combat human and child organ trafficking, as well as to prevent the penetration of destructive networks into the country’s security infrastructure?

جزئیات فایل صوتی منتسب به پزشکیان در نیویورک؛ آماده‌ایم سلاح‌هایمان را زمین بگذاریم

به‌تازگی فایل صوتی منتسب به مسعود پزشکیان به دست ما رسیده که حاوی سخنان بحث‌برانگیزی در نیویورک است. بر اساس این فایل، پزشکیان چهار روز پیش از شهادت سید حسن نصرالله به نیویورک سفر کرده (اول مهر سال گذشته) و در آن‌جا مواضعی را بیان می‌کند که شائبه نقش داشتن او در حوادث اخیر را تقویت می‌کند.

در این فایل، پزشکیان با لحنی آشتی‌جویانه خطاب به مخاطبانش می‌گوید:

> « بیایید به کاری بکنید تعامل بکنیم، نجنگیم،
ما آماده ایم تمام صلاح (سلاح) هایمان را کنار بگذاریم، یه سازمان بین‌المللی بیاد امنیتمون رو تامین کنه!
ما آماده ایم، ما نمی‌خواهیم بجنگیم، ما می‌خواهیم با هم آشتی کنیم، دنبال اختلال در هیچ جایی نیستیم. این ما نیستیم، بالاخره یه سری آدمها هستن که چارچوب رو نمیپذیرن، مستقل یه اقدامی میکنن، اینو نباید به اسم ما بگذارین.»

آمریکا نیز از این مواضع پزشکیان برای پیاده‌سازی اهداف خود بهره برده و حتی انتشار این فایل را اقدامی از سوی خود آمریکا ارزیابی می‌کنند تا از آن به‌عنوان ابزاری برای ایجاد هرج‌ومرج در ایران استفاده کند.

برآوردها حاکی از موارد زیر است:
۱. راه‌اندازی جنگ داخلی و گسترش درگیری
۲. نابودی کامل ارتش و نیروهای مسلح ایران
۳. جایگزینی نیروهای مسلح با نیروهای بین‌المللی تحت فرماندهی ناتو در داخل ایران، مشابه استقرار پایگاه‌های آمریکایی در عراق

بر اساس محتوای فایل، پزشکیان در ازای پذیرش این مطالبات، حاضر بوده صرفاً به آشتی و روابط دوستانه اکتفا کند و امتیاز دیگری مطالبه نکرده است.

گرچه فایل صوتی منتشرشده کوتاه است و بخش‌های بیشتری از آن هنوز مشخص نیست، اما همین میزان از سخنان وی کافی‌ست تا تصویری روشن از خط فکری او و احتمالاً مأموریتی که به او سپرده شده، ارائه دهد. از سوی دیگر، برخی تحلیلگران معتقدند پزشکیان اکنون تبدیل به مهره سوخته آمریکا شده و حتی جان خود او نیز در معرض تهدید قرار گرفته است.

We have recently received an audio file attributed to Masoud Pezeshkian, which contains controversial statements in New York. According to this file, Pezeshkian traveled to New York four days before the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and there he expresses positions that strengthen the suspicion of his role in the recent events.

In this file, Pezeshkian addresses his audience in a conciliatory tone:

> “Let’s do something, let’s interact, let’s not fight,
We are ready to lay down all our weapons, let an international organization come and provide our security!

We are ready, we do not want to fight, we want to reconcile, we are not looking for disruption anywhere. This is not us, after all, there are some people who do not accept the framework, they are taking independent action, you should not attribute this to us.”

The United States has also taken advantage of these positions of the doctors to implement its goals and even evaluate the publication of this file as an action by the United States itself to use it as a tool to create chaos in Iran.

Estimates indicate the following:
1. Launching a civil war and expanding the conflict
2. Complete destruction of the Iranian army and armed forces
3. Replacing the armed forces with international forces under NATO command inside Iran, similar to the establishment of American bases in Iraq

Based on the content of the file, in exchange for accepting these demands, the doctors were willing to settle for reconciliation and friendly relations and did not demand any other concessions.
Although the released audio file is short and more parts of it are still unknown, this amount of his speech is enough to provide a clear picture of his line of thought and probably the mission entrusted to him. On the other hand, some analysts believe that Pezeshkian has now become a pawn of America and even his own life is under threat.
