ارتباط من و همکاران

امروز پس از بررسی های فراوان متوجه شدم که Apex نسخه 24 که دارم نصب میکنم، با دیتابیس نسخه 18 express edition که از سال 89 روی سرورهای ایران بوده سازگار نیست و نسخه سازگار آن هم به شکن نیاز داشته و آن هم که در دسترس نیست. چند نسخه دیگه هم گرفتم که آن ها یکی با دیگری میتوانست ناسازگار باشد، آنهم وقتی که اوراکل 4 وابستگی برای خودش تعریف کرده باشد. بنابراین، تصمیم گرفتم بروم سراغ لینوکس.

در محیط کار شرکت، اینجا معلوم شد که یکی از همکاران روی سیستمش Apex را نصب کرده بوده و حالا هم رفته مرخصی که نمیتوانند آن را در اختیارم قرار بدهند. هرچی هم بهش زنگ میزدند، گوشیش رو جواب نمیداد، چون رفته بود مرخصی.

حالا تا حدی که فاصله همکاران را باهم دیدین، برگردیم سراغ فاصله خودم در این محیط با سایر همکاران.

روز قبل همکار قبلی گفته بود که موفق شده بوده که Apex را نصب کند و امروز هرچی دنبال پسورد میگشت برایم پیدا نمیکرد. در تمام این مدت موجودی به اسم حراست سربرآورده و به عنوان شخص سوم عینکی چشم گذاشته بود روی من.

هیچ سیستمی پسورد پیدا نکرد و کار من به جز اینکه یک لپ تاپی جلویم بگذارند و چیز دیگری تحویلم دهند راه نیوفتاد.

یک لپ تاپ گذاشتن جلویم که این خوبه؟ گفتم سرعتش پایینه. گفتن اگر به نت وصل بشه، چی؟

بهتر بود.

اینجا که لپ تاپ را اجباری پسندیدم (چون یک سیستم دو مانیتوره جلویم بود که آن را داشتند از من میگرفتند) موضوع استقرار من مطرح شد. گفتند که شما میرین جای خانم فلانی، و ازش میپرسید که سیستم های شما چطور کار میکنند.

گفتم فرم هم ببرم که پر کنم؟

- بله، فرم هم خوبه.

گفتم شما اون روز اول از من ده تا عکس گرفتین. یک ماه تمام این شرکت را بالا و پایین رفتم و حالا حراست شما میگه که این خانم میخواهد بره بخش فرهنگی یا نه؟ اون وقت همکاران دیگر شما چطور تضمین وجود دارد که توجیه باشند؟

گفت: این حراست به من ربط نداشته. الآن همین حراست گفته خانم ها با خانم ها، آقایان با آقایان

آن یکی همکارش برای اینکه به من کمتر بر بخورد گفت: ببینید، خب تو که نمیدانی سیستم ما چطور کار میکند. مثلا ما پسری خانواده ای داریم که میره خدمت سربازی، اونوقت این شرایطش شامل پدر فوت کرده و اینها میشه، تو از این خانم ها میپرسی که آن آقا در چه وضعیتی تعریف میشه

دقت کنید که اسم مرد و آقا را آورد؛ یعنی گفت درسته که تو جای خانم ها میروی، ولی حتی اطلاعات مردها رو هم میتوانی داشته باشی!

بهشون گفتم: آخر اطلاعاتی که بشود در سیستم زد، چرا باید بروم در مقام درخواست از این خانم بپرسم، از آن خانم بپرسم؟!

شغل من مشاوره قراردادی تعریف شده؛ یعنی با یک قراردادی که خودم را بیمه زنان خانه دار بیمه کرده ام رفته ام بهشون مشاوره بدهم، حالا این مشاور باید برود از این خانم ها بپرسد که شما چه دارید؟!

آن هم جایی که اگر 10-20 تا عکس بهش بدهی، باز هم یک حراستی تویش پیدا میشه که میگه ما نمیدونیم تو چه کاره ای!

گفتم تو اون اتاق که میشینم بهم میگین مهندس، الآن اینجا نشسته ام میگین خانم دکتر!

همکار مدیر در جواب گفت که ورود تو استاندارد تعریف نشده است، ما هم مثل سایر سازمان ها داریم که کسی که وارد میشود تعریف شده باشد!

گفتم: این استاندارد که شما میگویید کی و چطور تعریف میشود؟

حرف که به اینجا رسید. گفت: ما به حاشیه ها نمیخواهیم بپردازیم.

در جواب گفتم من در خود متن حاشیه هستم. چرا نباید به این ها بپردازین؟ یعنی چی که من باید بروم جای این خانم، جای آن خانم و به اصطلاح بازاری ها بروم تو دست و پا!؟

بازاری ها یک اصطلاحی برای کارگرشان دارند و این طور تعریف ها که به کارگر میدهند، به معنی قرار گرفتن در دست و پاست.

دیگه گفتن که تو به این هایش کار نداشته باش و فقط دهانت را باز کن و درخواست کن و آنها هم میدهند که بخوری، و ما هم هماهنگ کرده ایم.

حالا وایسید تا ببینیم این خوراک من چطوری قراره تعریف بشه.

ضمنا این را هم بگویم که وقتی به همکارانشان، اینها داشتن میرسیدن آن یکی میگفت بین نقطه در دو جمله حرف ربط نگذارید که در text editor پردازش میشود. پردازش و ادیتور در کلام رئیس نیامد، ولی من که تا حدی سرم میشود، میفهمم که اینها پردازش متن دارند و در ورودی داده ها آنها را برخط از خود همکاران میگیرند، بدون اینکه کسی متوجه شود.

Today, after much investigation, I realized that the Apex version 24 that I am installing is not compatible with the version 18 express edition database that has been on Iranian servers since 1989, and the compatible version also required a cracker, which is not available. I also got a few other versions that could be incompatible with each other, especially since Oracle has defined 4 dependencies for itself. So, I decided to go for Linux.
In the company's work environment, it turned out that one of the colleagues had installed Apex on his system and now he has gone on leave and they cannot provide it to me. No matter how much they called him, he did not answer his phone, because he had gone on leave.
Now that you have seen the distance between colleagues, let's go back to the distance between myself and other colleagues in this environment.
The previous day, my previous colleague had said that he had managed to install Apex, and today, no matter how much he searched for a password, he could not find it for me. During all this time, a being called security had emerged and was looking at me as a third party with glasses.
No system found the password and I couldn't get anything done except for them to put a laptop in front of me and hand me something else.
Putting a laptop in front of me, is that good? I said its speed is low. They said, what if it connects to the internet?
It would be better.
Here, when I felt compelled to have a laptop (because there was a two-monitor system in front of me that they were taking from me), the issue of my placement was brought up. They said you would go to Ms. So-and-so's place, and they asked her how your systems work.
I said should I also take a form to fill out?
- Yes, the form is good too.
I said you took ten photos of me that first day. I went up and down this company for a month and now your security is saying whether this lady wants to go to the cultural department or not? Then how is there any guarantee that your other colleagues will be justified?
He said: This security has nothing to do with me. Now the same security said ladies with ladies, gentlemen with gentlemen
To make it less annoying for me, his colleague said: Look, you don't know how our system works. For example, we have a son from a family who goes to military service, then these conditions include his father's death and so on, you ask these women what the status of that gentleman is
Make sure to mention the name of the man and the gentleman; that is, he said that it is true that you are going to the women's place, but you can even have the men's information!
I told them: After all, if the information can be entered into the system, why should I go and ask this woman, ask that woman?!
My job is defined as a contractual consulting; that is, with a contract that I have insured myself with housewives' insurance, I have gone to give them advice, now this consultant should go and ask these women what you have?!
And that's where if you give him 10-20 photos, he'll still find a security guard in there who says we don't know what you do!
I said in that room where I sit, you call me engineer, now I'm sitting here, you call me doctor!
The manager's colleague replied that entry is not defined by the standard, we have a definition for who enters, just like other organizations!
I said: When and how is this standard you're talking about defined?
That's where it got to. He said: We don't want to deal with the margins.
In response, I said I'm in the margin text itself. Why shouldn't you deal with these? What do you mean, I have to go to this lady's place, that lady's place, and go to the so-called bazaars' hands and feet!?
The bazaars have a term for their workers, and the definitions they give to workers mean being in the hands and feet.
They said, "Don't bother with this, just open your mouth and ask for it, and they'll give it to you to eat, and we've coordinated it."
Now, wait and see how this food of mine is going to be defined.
I should also mention that when they were talking to their colleagues, one of them said, "Don't put a conjunction between the periods in two sentences that are processed in a text editor." The boss didn't mention processing and editor, but I'm a bit confused, and I understand that they have a text processor and they take the data from their colleagues online, without anyone noticing.
