پخش زنده میز اقتصاد امروز: الکترونیکی شدن صورتحساب ها

برنامه میز اقتصادی دو نفر آورده بود برای موضوع صورتحساب الکترونیکی. یکی که جوان تر بود بیشتر کامپیوتری بود و آن یکی که فامیلش امیدوار بود کارگروه مالیات اصناف بود و قیافه اش مثل بچه فامیلی بود که از شهرستان بعد از اینکه مغازه آبمیوه فروشیش رو فروخته بود وارد صنف و دار و دسته اصلاح طلب ها شده بود و از این دار و دستگی پله های رانت رو یکی پس از دیگری فعالانه طی کرده بود.

مهدی امیدوار حرف میزد و من رو یاد تکه کلام های محمد جواد ظریف مینداخت که مثلا میگفت «خامنه ای از چه زمان چفیه انداخت؟ از آن زمان که ما رفتیم برای حذف!»

یک لحظه گفتم الآن میخواد لیوانش رو برداره و بزنه تو صورت مجری، ولی تسلطش جلو دوربین بیشتر از این حرف ها بود. فقط یک آروم دستش رفت سمت لیوان

اینها میخواستند حرف بزنند و انگار خاک میرفت تو گلوشون. گفتم شاید هنوز ساخت و سازهای ساختمان شیشه ای صداو سیما تموم نشده.

این همه زحمت کشیده بودند که بیایند بگن از اول دی ماه فاکتورها الکترونیکی میشه. پسر جوان میگفت که این کار امکان پذیره. صورت حساب ها دو سال پیش 33% کاغذی بوده و ما پارسال آن را رسانده ایم به 11%. یعنی داشت میگفت این کار در مسیر طبیعی خودش داره دنبال میشه. امیدوار میگفت 10% همه جنس ها رو گرون تر میکنید که این صورت حساب ها کلا الکترونیکی بشه. مثال هم که میزد مثال رستوران رو میزد. میگفت شما زیرساخت درست نکرده این و دامداری که گوشت خوب به صاحب رستوران هدیه میده، سر حساب دوستی و رفاقت های غیر پولی بوده و شما این رو هنگام خرید صاحب رستوران از دامدار لحاظ نکرده این. میگفت که در بحث فروش به مصرف کننده نهایی مشکلی نیست، مشکل هنگام خریده که دو نفر دوست خرید و فروش خودشون رو با پولی که باید به دست سازمان مالیاتی برسانند انجام نمیدهند.

حالا این امیدوار داشت صنفی و بازاری و همونطور که گفتم براساس پله های ترقی که طی کرده بود حرف میزد و این طرفی ها داشتند کتابی و قانون مداری حرف میزدن. پسر جوان گفت موضوع ما اخذ مالیات از بخش B2B اقتصاده. داشت میگفت منظور ما اخذ مالیات ارزش افزوده بین شرکت ها و سازمانهاست و دام و خوراکش معاف از مالیات ارزش افزوده است. میخواست این رو هم اضافه کنه که اگر طرف حساب شما (خریدار) دارای پرونده مالیاتی و بعبارتی کد اقتصادی هست بهتر اینست که صورتحساب نوع اول و کد اقتصادی خریدار به درستی وارد گردد. اینجا مجری برنامه گفت مردم هم دارند برنامه رو میبینند و ما یک طوری حرف بزنیم که اونها بفهمن. 

اینکه داشت برای گرفتن مالیات حساب کتاب میکرد احساس میکرد که داره بهش ظلم میشه. جواب امیدوار رو که میداد مثلا میگفت اینکه میگی به صورت اعتباری تعیین میشه و حسابداری داره و از این حرف های کتابی دانشگاهی.

ولی امیدوار دوباره می آمد برایشان مثال رستوران رو میزد. هر بار اینها جوابش رو میدادند، ولی پسر جوان فقط میتوانست با مثال لوازم آرایشی فروشی جوابش رو بده. مثال رستوران رو بلد نبود. یک بار پسر جوان برای مثال رستوران گفت آن گوشت معاف از مالیاته و از ابتدا در کار تولیدش بحث ارزش افزوده وارد نمیشه که من بخواهم درباره مالیات گرفتن ازش دغدغه داشته باشم. اینجا منطقی به نظر میرسید. باز دوباره، امیدوار میگفت بذارین دوباره مثالم رو تکرار کنم و همون مثال قبلی رو که تکرار میکرد، احساس میکردی داره درست میگه. پسر جوان گفت دو موضوع متفاوت رو داری مطرح میکنی. پسر جوان و مجری گفتند ما بحثمان صورت حساب الکترونیکیه!

حق داشتن. امیدوار حتی مثل من که اینجا نوشتم حرف نمیزد. امیدوارم مخالف طرح بود و می‌خواست بگه طرح های مرد جوان فقط علمیه و عملی نیست. مجری و پسر جوان هم میفهمیدن که یک جای کار ایراد داره، ولی نمیتوانستند جوابش رو با همان مثال رستوران بهش بدهند.

کلا فکر کنم نقطه خوبی برای مباحثه انتخاب نکرده بودند. قبلش لااقل برای مثال رستوران باید با هم طی میکردن که از بخش اقتصاد رستوران سوال ها میخواهد طرح بشه.

مغازه ها خالی و کمبود دارو

چند سال پیش، حدود چهار-پنج سال پیش، رفتم داروخانه و اینجا هم نوشتم. رفتم داروخانه و گفتم من یک ویتامین دی میخوام. این ویتامین جزو داروهای OTC محسوب میشه و متصدی داروخانه همینطوری باید بدهد. اومد و گفت تو کی هستی؟ کد ملی بده!

اسم و فامیل و کد ملی دادم و با کد ملی ویتامین دی خریدم.

از آن موقع نیم دهه میگذره. من نوشتم و وضع تغییر نکرد، رئیس جمهورمان پزشک شد؛ رئیس جمهور پزشکیان.

حالا  هر چی روکش ژلاتینی داره، از جمله قرص و دارو و اینها کمیاب شده.

ضمنا یک اتفاق دیگه هم افتاده: معلوم شده اکثر ژلاتین ها از خوک و حرام هستن و چون در تولید برخی مکمل ها مثل ویتامین دی هم پوشش ژلاتینی استفاده میشه، بهتون نمیدهیم، خودتون هم نخورید!

اصلا امروز برای آلودگی هوا و گواتر، چند بار رفتم داروخانه تا کپسول نرم ژلاتینی امگا 3 یدید بخرم. نبود. برای یکی که گواتر داره، این کپسول لازمه. ید، ماده ایست که به راحتی تبخیر میشه. با این قرص های پودری نمیشه آن را نگهداری کرد. با گرما هم ید از بین میره. این نمک های ید داری که به ما میدهند، شاید کفاف یک آدم سالم رو بدهند، ولی کفاف یک بیماری که گواتر داره و مشکل تیروئد داره کافی نیست.

دارو رو که در انحصار یک عده محدود کرده اند. از آن طرف هم قیمت مسکن و ملک تجاری رو به افزایشه. یعنی کسی که مغازه داره، مهم نیست که چی تویش میگذاره، خود ملکش که گرون میشه سود کرده. طرف سرقفلی مغازه رو داده اجاره و میگه اجناس آن مال من هستند.

امروز ما همه جنس های مغازه بریزیم سطل آشغال، اتفاقی نمی افته. میتونه اصلا دارو به مشتری ندهد. اتفاقی نمی افته. از نان و آب نمی افته و زندگیش وابسته به فروش تنوع بیشتر اجناس و داروها نیست. اینه که قدیم مغازه ها پر از جنس و کالا بود، و حالا خالیه و فقط یک عکس و کارتن خالی از جنس رو توی ویترینش میگذاره. تو این سایت های اینترنتی میری و همه عکس جنس رو گذاشته اند و همان جا هم زده اند اتمام موجودی! وجود جنس نمایشی.

قدیم مغازه ها پر از مکمل و ویتامین بود، ولی مردم و فقرا آگاهی نداشتن. فکر می کردند دارو به اندازه مواد غذایی گرونه و نمی توانند بخرند. حالا که آگاهی پیدا کردند، مغازه ها خالیه. نه پولشون به مواد غذایی سالم می رسه، نه می ذارن مکمل بخرن.

در مورد جایی مثل کانادا این طور است و در مورد ما که خط پروژه مون بیشتر پیشرونده است، بیشتر به زمین سوخته نزدیک میشویم. قضیه را یک دزدی عادی، اختلاس و زمین خواری سطحی نبینید. جریان هدفمند دیگری، این اتفاقات اخیر را هدایت میکند.

ما یک چیزی داریم به اسم صهیونیسم بین الملل که در خدمت عده ای محدود است و قاچاق انسان و محیط اطراف آن بخشی از اهداف اصلی او برای رسیدن به هدف تشکیل سرزمین بزرگ صهیونیستی در غرب آسیاست. آنها یک زمینی در فلسطین کنونی را انتخاب کردند و گفتند مال ماست. انگلیس هم قیومیت اداره آن را برعهده گرفت و بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم پروژه اسرائیل را در آن اجرا کرد. سازمان مللی تشکیل دادند که در آن فلسطین را به رسمیت نشناختند و به جای آن اسرائیل را به رسمیت شناختند. یعنی سرزمین فلسطین با کلی پیشینه و تاریخ را نادید گرفتند و با جریانی از روی کاغذ تغییر فلسطین و نسل کشی آن را از همان سالهای جنگ جهانی دوم و 1948 میلادی با جدیت پی گرفتند. اسرائیل، از آن زمان تاکنون هی شهرک سازی میکنه و هی اراضی اطراف رو با آدم ها، حیات وحش و طبیعت تویش میسوزنه تا مالکیت زمین های مسلمانان و مردم آنجا را بیشتر به دست بگیره. نام بیت المقدس و قبله اول مسلمانان را به اورشلیم تغییر داده و پروژه احیای معبد سلیمانی را در پیش گرفته که از آن چیزی به جز کاغذ نمانده بود.
آنها که از آن زمان تاکنون روند تخریب، و معکوس سازی جریانات را در شامات دنبال میکنند، سابقه زیادی در جنایت، ربایش و تخریب سرزمین های اطراف دارند. یک جشنی هم در طول تاریخ خود دارند که در آن به مشروب خواری و تسلیم ایرانیان میپردازند و هر سال هم آن را تکرار میکنند. اسم این جشن، پوریم است و به یادبود نسل کشی ایرانیان همه ساله تکرار میشود.
اینه که میگم استنباط اصطلاح کالا برای آب و آن بلایی که سر مردم و منابع کشاورزی و حیات وحش ایران می آورند کافی نیست. چون اگر این اصطلاح استفاده شد، نهایتش به یک زمین خواری و منفعت طلبی و یا تامین نیاز یک عده میرسیم، ولی اگر اصطلاح تاراج و جنایت استفاده بشه به یک ریشه و سرچشمه میرسیم که تعریف آن جز در کتابهای آخر زمانی یهود و پیش بینی ها و دستورات آن یافت نمیشود:
نماینده ترامپ گفته که صلح در خاورمیانه بیمعنا است. منظورش هم اینه که جنگ و خونریزی در غرب آسیا ادامه خواهد داشت.
تام باراک، فرستاده ویژه ترامپ در امور منطقه شام: صلحی که از آن حرف میزنیم، یک توهم است. هرگز صلحی وجود نخواهد داشت.
ترامپ می گوید برای این جنگ دوازده روزه اخیر با ایران بیست و دو سال تمرین کرده اند. امروز اسم وزارت دفاع خود را عملا به وزارت جنگ تغییر داده اند. بحث آنها از حدود و مرزها، صرفاً ابزاری برای مذاکره و هدف نهایی است: هدف، سلطه است. آنها برای مشروعیت بخشی به اعمال خود در منطقه، جنگ تولید میکنند؛ میجنگند تا مقاومت را تسلیم خود کنند.

او از ادبیات اونجلیستی برای این سخنان خود بهره میبرد. البته هر دو گروه یهود و مسیحیت انجیلی در حال احمق فرض کردن یکدیگر هستند. سفیر آمریکا از واژه هایی استفاده میکند که هم برای خاخامها خوشایند باشد و هم افکار عمومی مسیحیان انجیلی در آمریکا را تغذیه میکند.
اونجلیستها وقتی میگویند «خیر و شر»، مقصود سناریوی کتاب مقدس و آرماگدون است. مسیحیان انجیلی، یهود را ابزاری برای تسریع در رجعت مسیح میدانند. یهودیان هم مسیحیان را ابزاری برای رسیدن به معبد سلیمان و ماشیح میبینند.
صهیونیست ها میگویند که نشانه هایی از نبرد آرماگدون در تاریخ و ساخت معبد سوم پیدا کرده اند. یک همزمانی بین یافتن این نشانه ها با نسل کشی آن ها در غزه صورت گرفته است.
در مقابل چنین تحرکات آخرالزمانی معترضین اسرائیلی عکس رهبر انقلاب را بالا میبرند. آنها اعتقاد دارند، نبردی غیرقابل اجتناب بین ایرانیان و صهیونیست ها رخ میدهد که در پی آن ایرانیان پیروز میدان آن هستند.

تاراج

ما یک چیزی داریم به اسم تاراج. مثلا کارشناس صنعت معدن و تجارت می آید میگه تاراج انرژی داریم. منظورش هم تلاش عده ای سیستماتیک برای هدر رفت انرژی، معادن و مخازن ماست.
این هدر رفت هم در مبدا صورت میگیره و هم در مقصد. یعنی مسیر عرضه و ارائه آن را پی میگیرند تا آن را در هر نقطه نفوذی که دارند به هدر ببرند. مثلا در مبدا با خالی کردن سرمایه معدن، طوریکه بشه ازش چند ده تنی راحت برداشت و بی صاحب بود، مثل معدن طلایی که این روزها سر زبانها افتاده، آن را خالی میکنند که بعدا خرج نیروهای ضد انقلاب و تجزیه و نابودی خودمان کنند. هزینه ای که برای نیروهای دشمن میدهند با همین تاراج صورت میگیرد.
در سمت مصرف کننده، مدل دیگه که انرژی به هدر می‌رود تا اسم تاراج به خود بگیرد، مثلا همین گاز و انرژی شهریه؛ فشار گاز رو عمدا طوری تنظیم می‌کنند که هدر بره. دیروز یک مطلبی می‌خوندم که می‌گفت ۲۰درصد انرژی ساختمان ها از شیشه ها، ۲۰ درصد از کف و ۳۶درصد از دیوارها هدر می‌رود. این هدر رفت را با همان طراحی اولیه ساختمان می‌توانستند کم کنند، اما چرا نکرده اند؟
کافی بود الزام قانونی بگذارند خود طراح ساختمان، همان اول خودش را ملزم بداند که برای صرفه جویی در مصرف انرژی طراحی خود را تنظیم کند. مثلا ساختمان های مسکونی هست که طبقات آنها با گردش خورشید حول یک مرکزی می‌چرخد. این ساختمان ها هدر رفت انرژی کمتری نسبت به سایر ساختمانها دارند. حالا نمی‌گم در این حد اجرا کنند ولی الزامات طراحی بهینه رو افزایش بدهند. الآن جوری شده که احداث بادگیر غیر قانونی محسوب میشه و هر نوع ساختمان منحنی  و عجیب غریب می دونه ساخته بشه. و اگر طرح سنتی برای خانه داشته باشی شهرداری ها چند برابر یک ساختمان معمولی ازت پول میگیرن. 
سخن از تلاش برای هدر دادن منابع از هر سوراخ ممکن است. زمانی، در دولت روحانی، یک میز اقتصادی تو تلویزیون گذاشتند که بگویند منابع گازی ما رو به انتهاست، و این انتها هم همین چند سال آینده است. کمی بعد، یک اتفاق در تنظیم ورودی گاز خانه های ما افتاد:
فشار گاز زیاد شد.
ما برای مقابله با آن، هم پیچ کناری لوله گاز را باید کمتر باز کنیم و هم خود پیچ ورودی وسیله مصرف کننده را.
در مورد آب و برق که عرایض بسیار است. دیروز حرفهای خانم سمیه رفیعی، نماینده مجلس شورای اسلامی، در مورد آب و برق را می‌دیدم. خانم رفیعی می‌گفت چهار نفر آدم، به تعداد انگشتان دست هم نمیرسند، فارغ از تغییر دولت نشسته اند و آب فروشی و برق فروشی میکنند. یعنی دولت ها با انتخاب مردم می آیند و می روند، ولی اینها سر جایشان نشسته اند و برنامه ریزی میکنند چطوری این آب و آن انرژی را به هدر بدهند.
منابع آب شیرین ما محدود است. اصطلاحی که دیروز می‌دیدم این خانم استفاده کرد مناسب نبود و بنظر من باید دیدمان را برای جریانات اخیر، به فراتر از دیدن منابع بعنوان کالا ببریم. اصطلاح درستی که این خانم گریه میکرد و می‌گفت که آب را کالا می‌بینند، درست و جامع نبود و این خانم باید از کلمه تاراج منابع باید استفاده میکرد.
امروز، ما باید دقیق مشخص کنیم آنچه که صورت می‌گیرد تلاش به هدر رفت حداکثری منابع است، ولو مقاومتی صورت بگیرد و وارثان و مالکان مخالف آن باشند. این را کسانی که بیست سال برای ساماندهی کشفرود چشم گذاشته اند، باید بگویند. طرف می آید، جلوی دوربین ها، با سرعت هر چه تمام تر وسط مسیر کشفرود با تانکر حمل آب می ایسته و تخلیه میکند و بعد هم فرار میکند. قشنگ هم میداند که دوربین داره آن را میپاید.
همزمان، دولت پزشکیان، بعد از ترور دولت رئیسی می آید روی کار و میگه ما بودجه نداریم به سازمان منابع طبیعی و آبخیز داری بدهیم، پس آن را منحل میکنیم! اسم این کار چیه؟ تاراج همزمان با انهدام؛ تاراج و جنایت.
هنگامی که توسعه شهری وابسته به جلسات نامنظم در حد ریاست جمهوری و وزیر راه و شهرسازی شد، مجوز تاراج اراضی خوب و مرغوب صورت گرفت. وزیر راه و شهرسازی، خانم مالواجرد، با دبدبه و کبکبه می آید جلو دوربین و اعلام میکنه که ده درصد اراضی خوب مثل اراضی شهر توس رو می شه به مردم بدهیم. زمان که میگذرد و جنگ هم که میشه، دیگه جلسه شورا بی جلسه شورا! اسمش رو هم میگذارن تشریفات که باعث نشد مسکن به مردم برسد! چه تشریفاتی؟! اصلا کسی نگفت قصد دادن زمین و مسکن به مستاجرین دارد!
تاراج اراضی با برچسب گردشگری موضوع جدیدی نیست.
دیرپایی است که دولتی ها، در راس و به شاخه نشسته اند و بن می‌برند.
هدف تاراج تاراج است.
به چه نحو؟
همینکه مستأجران خانه دار نشوند و در عوض اراضی به اسم گردشگری برجهای بلند و بزرگ به عده محدودی سرمایه‌دار لیبرال داده شود کافیست.
همینکه زودتر زودتر مردم ناراضی شوند، شکاف طبقاتی بالاتر برود، قیمت طلا و مسکن وابسته به جیمی شود کافیست.
جیمی چه میخواهد؟
وضع کنونی، و بدتر شدن آن
اصطلاح امروز، تاراج است و فردای آن را در زمینهای فلسطین دیدیم، مردم امروز فلسطین بهتر از هر کسی معنای تاراج را می دانند.

They could have reduced this waste with the original design of the building, but why didn't they?
It would have been enough to make it a legal requirement for the building designer to consider himself obligated to adjust his design to save energy. For example, there are residential buildings whose floors rotate around a center with the rotation of the sun. These buildings waste less energy than other buildings. Now I'm not saying to implement this to this extent, but to increase the requirements for optimal design. Now it has become such that building windbreaks is considered illegal and any kind of curved and strange building can be built. And if you have a traditional design for your house, municipalities will charge you several times more than a normal building.
We can talk about trying to waste resources from every possible angle. Once, during the Rouhani administration, they put an economic table on TV to say that our gas resources were running out, and that this end would be in the next few years. Shortly after, something happened in the regulation of the gas inlet to our homes:
The gas pressure increased.
To deal with it, we had to open both the side valve of the gas pipe less and the inlet valve of the consumer device itself.
About water and electricity, which are many issues. Yesterday, I saw Ms. Somayeh Rafiei, a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, talking about water and electricity. Ms. Rafiei was saying that four people, not even counting the fingers on one hand, are sitting around selling water and electricity regardless of the change of government. That is, governments come and go by the people's choice, but these people are sitting around planning how to waste this water and that energy.
Our fresh water resources are limited. The term that I saw this lady use yesterday was not appropriate, and I think we need to take our perspective on recent developments beyond seeing resources as commodities. The correct term that this lady cried and said that they see water as a commodity was not correct and comprehensive, and this lady should have used the word plundering resources.
Today, we must clearly define what is being done: an attempt to waste resources to the maximum extent possible, even if there is resistance and the heirs and owners oppose it. This should be said by those who have been watching the organization of the Kashfrud for twenty years. The party comes, in front of the cameras, stops in the middle of the Kashfrud route with a water tanker as fast as possible, empties it, and then runs away. It also knows that the camera is watching it.
At the same time, the Pezizian government, after the assassination of the Raisi government, comes to power and says that we do not have the budget to give to the Natural Resources and Watershed Management Organization, so we will dissolve it! What is the name of this? Plundering simultaneously with destruction; plundering and crime.
When urban development became dependent on irregular meetings at the level of the presidency and the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, permission was granted to plunder good and quality lands. The Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Ms. Malvajerd, comes in front of the camera with pomp and show and declares that ten percent of good lands, such as the lands of Toos city, can be given to the people. As time passes and war breaks out, the council meeting will be without a council meeting! They also call it the formalities that prevented the people from getting housing! What formalities?! No one said they intended to give land and housing to tenants!
The plundering of lands with the label of tourism is not a new issue.
It has been a long time since the governments have been sitting at the top and at the bottom and cutting corners.

It is enough that the tenants do not become homeowners and that instead the lands are given to a limited number of liberal capitalists in the name of tourism with tall and large towers.
It is enough that the people become dissatisfied as soon as possible, the class gap increases, and the price of gold and housing becomes dependent on Jimmy.
What does Jimmy want?

امروز روز مهمی است.
امروز، 26 مهر 1404 قطعنامه ۲۲۳۱ شورای امنیت سازمان ملل به طور خودکار منقضی میشه و در نتیجه آن موضوع ایران از بررسی شورای امنیت خارج میشود. این قطعنامه از ۲۶ مهرماه ۱۳۹۴ به اجرا درآمد و دوره ۱۰ ساله اعتبار آن امروز، شنبه، به پایان می‌رسد؛ از امروز همه محدودیت‌های تسلیحاتی و موشکی مندرج در این قطعنامه برداشته میشود.

 و من باید برای خاتمه این قطعنامه برجام، یادی کنم از لیست هزار نفره شهدا که در انتهای آن ضمیمه شد؛ قطعنامه ای که به ظاهر برای اشاعه صلح و منع گسترش سلاح های هسته ای صادر شده بود، ولی برعکس مفاد آن منجر به شهادت بیش از هزار نفر از سران و نخبگان ایرانی شد. زمانیکه به ما حمله میشد مفادی که در آن فریب کارانه گنجانده شده بود همچون پتکی بر سرمان کوبیده میشد:

تلاش برای اجرای برجام موشکی، پس از خاتمه یافتن برجام هسته ای و ....

از آنجا که همه این لیست شهدا را در اختیار ندارم، فقط به برخی از سران و فرمانده ها، بسیجی ها و سپاهیانی اشاره میکنم که لیست دقیق آنها را امام زمان در اختیار دارد.
در سالگرد شهادت یحیی سنوار، مبتکر طوفان الاقصی در هفت اکتبر این لیست را باز نشر میدهم:

قطعا لیستی که دست امام زمان است کامل تر است.

حقوق حاکمیتی ایران اسلامی قابل مذاکره نیست و جهان شمول است.

قانون خدا باید بر روی زمین کامل اجرا شود و اگر ما ذره ای در به اجرا درآمدن آن نقش داشتیم که خاطره ای شد و خوش گذشت.
آن سید عزیز، بقیه الله، روی زمین قبل از ما زنده بود و اگر امروز نباشیم و برپایی حکومت عدل او را روی زمین ندیده باشیم این سعادت را داشته ایم که با هم پیمانان او تا لحظه آخر عمر جاودانه آنها خاطراتی برای سازندگی و حفظ ارزش‌های اسلامی دفاع داشته باشیم. این روزگار میگذرد تا همانطور که خدا وعده داده است روزی بیاید و شاهد آن باشیم که جانشینان و وارثان زمین کسانی هستند که برپا کننده صلح حقیقی هستند.
این لیست از شهدا که دوست داشتم تعداد بیشتری در اختیار داشتم تا امروز منتشر کنم، نتیجه دیپلماسی به اسم برجام بود که امروز خاتمه یافت.
در شمارش اعضای این لیست جا دارد از سرلشگر محمد باقری یاد کنم که نه فقط در قاب رسانه و بلکه در هنگامه زندگی و جوانی خود چند دهه شاهد رشادت‌ها و تلاش های بی بدیل او و خانواده محترم بودیم و ما در فضای علاقه و محبت جان فشانه آنها به رهبری فرزانه سید علی خامنه ای و ایثارگری و رشادت‌های آنها بالنده شده ایم.
روح بلندشان قرین آرامش باد. سوار بر اسب همچون عشایر کوهستان، احساس امنیتی که امروز داریم، مدیون آنها هستیم.
